Can't listen to local file song

Hello!

I need som help please. Since the song in question is not avaible, and the info says: "if you got the file, then you can import it". I did just that but when I try to sync it with my Iphone or HTC it will be grayed out immedeatly.. So I get it that copyright stuff is in the way but since I got the song on my PC and I synced it, I would be able to listen to it, not just on my pc but my phones aswell, right? So can somebody explain why?

Sorry if there is a post about this already.. I've searched but havn't found a solution for THIS problem.

Yes, when you synced did you follow all of the steps in this post? You also need to set all of your local files to "Offline Mode".

Yes, that is how I did it. Many times. I've tried with other songs and that works, but not "Miami" by K'jon.. Can only play it on my pc.. How do I set my local files in offline mode?
