Can't log in on iPhone7

Hello,

I am unable to log into my account on my iPhone 7. I went to open spotify today and brought me to the log in screen as if I was logged out somehow. I press login and the button changes color (so it recognizes that I'm touching it) but nothing happens. I did the same for the create account option and I have the same problem. I deleted the app from iPhone then re-downloaded it from the app store and the same thing is happening. I am running iOS 11.2.2 with Spotify version 8.4.37. Thanks in advance for any solutions!
