Can't log in to spottify premium PLEASE HELP

I couldn't log into spottify using my iPad but I could with my iPhone so I logged out of my iPhone and tried to log in to my iPad still didn't work it keeps saying LOG IN FAILED. I go to log back into my phone and it keeps saying LOG IN FAILED so the next thing I do is change my password and still I get the same problem I tried uninstalling and reinstalling spottify and the same problem. what do I do HELP ME!!!

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
