Can't log in using the app but have no problem online

Hi

I have feet my password twice and can't log into the app on iPhone 6s. My password works online but not in the app. I have uninstalled twice but still does not work? Help!

Many thanks for posting, and welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

Just to check, when logging in, are you using your username or your complete email address?

If you have a Spotify standalone account, just log in with your username and password, and it should be working smoothly afterwards 🙂

If yours was created through Facebook, simply click the Log in with Facebook button, and then enter your details.
