Can’t login because of location

When I connect using my FB account, Spotify gives me the following error: 

“Login failed

You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days.”

The problem is I I’ve abroad, it’s been the case for the past 3 years. My FB account is in US, my phone is in US, etc. So I really don’t get why I keep having this error. I ‘be been trying on and off since I’m in US but Spotify fails to recognize I live in US every single time...
