Can't login error code 408, please help ):

I can't log into my account with the error code 408, the country in my profile is Canada but now I am currently staying in Japn. I want to change the country in my profile but fail. There is only one choice in the Country row, even i deleted the postal code. Anything I can do to log into my account again? Thank you for helping me!!!

Hey @kaiman

If you are a premium user and you are traveling, you should be able to listen just fine.

If you are a free user, you can only listen abroad for up to 14 days. 

If you have moved to Japan, then unfortunately you will not be able to use Spotify.

The reason you can't change your country to Japan is because Spotify is not yet available in Japan.
