Can't login

Have been a Spotify user for awhile. Not a Facebook guy. When I got a new phone I had to login once again. It wouldn't accept my login and password combo. I used to forgot password and received an email to correct the problem and made the change... Same thing. If Wong let me in. Says the username or password is incorrect. Not possible. Thoughs??

Hey @Milagro1121 before you go to the contact form, are you signing in with your Spotify username and password? Give it a try entering your email address as your username and your new password. 

Are you able to log in to the website or the desktop app with the same details?

best employee , I am now logged via a free account. we also have a paid accound , but that is probably abused by one of our former volunteer. We now pay 9.99 monthly but can not use this paid version because we can not login.
The email address and the password is unknown.
What can we do?
yet even here the reference number as shown on the bank statement.
