Can't play "local files" on my iPhone 4

Can't play "local files" on my iPhone 4

Hi,

I have created a playlist on my Spotify app on a Windows Desktop, the playlist contains a mix of Spotify songs and some songs located on my local drive. However, upon playing the playlist on my iPhone 4, in a offline mode environment, the Spotify songs did played after I downloaded them but the songs that are in my "local files" could not be played at all. They couldn't be selected technically and are grayed out, I assume that they weren't downloaded even though the playlist status is "downloading..."

Please check and advise on how am I able to play my playlist (mixed with Spotify songs and local file songs).

Here are the details of my device.

Free Space: 7gb+

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit
