Can't play songs on my iPhone, but have Premium. HELP PLEASE!

Can't play songs on my iPhone, but have Premium. HELP PLEASE!

So I just got the 1 month free trial for Spotify Premium, on my cp it says that I have premium but I am not allowed to play songs on my phone, and its telling me that I do not have premium. I logged in and out of both accounts on my cp and iPhone. I'm not sure what to do and have a 12 hour road trip tomorrow so I'd love to get it working! Any ideas on whats going wrong?

Wow! That's quite a road trip you're getting on. Let's see if we can straighten this out.

 

Can you verify that your account is subscribed to Spotify Premium by visiting this link and look under Subscription status?

 

If your account is definitely subscribed, then try these steps out...

  1. Make sure you are no longer logged into Spotify.
  2. Close the application completely (including the double-click the home button and eliminate the task method).
  3. Delete the application.
  4. Reboot your iPhone.
  5. Download and re-install the application.
  6. Log back in.
