Can't play songs on my mobile phone but able to play on my desktop

Hi I've recently moved to a new country and I have changed my country setting and even created a new account. However, I have been able to listen on desktop but not on mobile.

I have tried re-downloading the app and restarting my phone but it just doesn't work! Pls see the attachment for screenshots on my phone.

When I press play it gives me the grey screen as attached. I did not use to have this problem until now. Pls help!

It could be network problem. Do you have free space on your device? That could be the case too. Try logging out and back in, too.
