Can't rearrange songs in playlist on Spotify Plus

My Question or Issue

I recently switched to Spotify Plus from free. As of right now I'm unable to rearrange the songs I've put into a playlist, I have to go to my desktop in order to do so which is kind of a hassle. Is there any way to get around this issue?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

The Spotify Plus subscription gives you access to more features such as on demand streaming or unlimited skipping.

However, it has some limitations compared to the full Premium subscription. Among them, the ability to rearrange the songs inside a playlist when accessing from the mobile device.
