Can't see recently played Artist, Albums and playlist on my Spotify using Iphone 6

It seems my recently played artist, album, and playlist is not functioning. I still can't see my recently played stuffs almost a week though I use spotify everyday using my Iphone 6. See attached image. I tried to logging out and in but nothing happened. Will you help me on this? thanks
