My Question or Issue

 So recently I’ve been trying to update my playlist pictures. As so when I remove and replace the previous picture, I check on my phone that the picture is not updated but is reverted to the previous one that I’ve gotten rid of. I tried logging in and out of my device and sometimes I re login to my desktop app, the picture reverts back to the previous one although i saved and replaced so many times! Please help ASAP
