Can't shuffle while paid for premium

Can't shuffle while paid for premium

Hello,

I have premium Spotify access and since yesterday I can't shuffle or choose a song I would like to play from my playlist. Help?

That's odd.

 

Just to check, are you getting any error messages? If so, can you send us a screenshot of it?

 

Also, is this happening across all your devices?
