Can't sync a second playlist with my iPhone

Can't sync a second playlist with my iPhone

Hello Spotify Community,

Recently I became a premium holder due the fact that you can sync a playlist from your desktop app to your iPhone.

My first playlist was created successfully, however I created a second one through the desktop app and added the flag "Available Offline" as I don't use my 3G to play.

However when I go to my app in my iPhone, I only see the first playlist, I can't see the second one. Here is what I did so far:

  1. Closed the desktop app and the app from the iPhone - No success.
  2. Check the configuration in the app iPhone like notifications/account and everything is seem to be fine.

The version that I'm using is the 2.7.0 in my iPhone and version 1.0.26.g9977a14b in my Desktop.

Looking forward to you hear your guys suggestion!

Cheers,
WZ

B. Troubleshooting

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps to see if you can resolve the issue on your own:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings
  2. Scroll down until you get to Safari, select that
  3. Select clear history and proceed to clear.
  4. Select clear cookies and data (beneath clear history) and then proceed to clear.
  5. Now you can perform a clean installation of the new app following these instructions:
Delete the Spotify application from your iPhone/iPod.
To do this, press and hold the application until it hovers and then press the X symbol
    Restart your iPod/iPhone
Install Spotify again from the App Store
  6. If you're having connection issues (which includes not finding your device in the desktop client), please also check our connection troubleshooting tips.
  7. Start Spotify, log in and have a look if your issue was resolved
If the issue remains, go to C

I still see my first playlist.

That is a really weird issue since normally when you create a playlist on one device it shows up on the other. Are you clicking on show all playlists or just the recently played ones because that could fix your issue.

Hey,

That's the catchy part. It shows as recent played as a playlist, but not as my playlist.
I think is a caching thing. I added a third playlist and all of the sudden, it showed up my second and third playlist. o_O
Who knows?

You tried deleting and reinstalling the app correct. Also since it shows up under recently played have you just tried syncing it offline from there.
