Can't sync a specific local file to iphone

Hi there, I understand there have been numerous issues regarding local files and syncing to mobile devices, but in my particular case, it just seems to be limited to one single file, and I'm at a loss for what to do about it. Phone and computer are on the same network and all that, have tried turning offline off and on, on both the phone AND the computer, but to no avail. Desktop app plays the file just fine, but I can't get it to get to my phone, which is a shame because it's one of my favorite songs for two of my playlists.
