Can't sync local files to iPhone

My Question or Issue

I uploaded some local files to the desktop app and followed all the instructions but it wont let me download them to my phone they just show up as unavailable. I've tried lots of different solutions I've found on here but none of them work can anyone help

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried?

If your local files are still not showing up on your phone, we'd recommend taking a look at this article. 

Also, a clean reinstall of the app on both devices could be helpful too to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
