Can't syncronize playlist from desktop - Says it is "waiting to download"

I'm trying to syncronize an itunes playlist I passed to my Spotify in desktop with my iphone. 

I followed all the steps to do so,however the songs are not being downloaded. The status is always "Waiting to download", but there's no reason for this message to appear.

I tried everything, can someone help me please????

Hi @giukah, are you able to confirm that both your desktop and iPhone are connected to the same wifi network?

Also check that the playlist on your iPhone is set to "available offline".

Finally, ensure that your iPhone does not turn the screen off automatically, unfortunately it is unable to download in the background at present.
