Can't turn on the 'Download using Cellular'

Can't turn on the 'Download using Cellular'

Hi everyone!

I'm using Samsung J2 with a Spotify Premium which I can't turn on the Download using Cellular. Though I can switch that green switch into on and off but it writes there 'Recommended Setting: Off' It's still off and never changes into on.. And I can't download any songs.. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

Does restarting your device - including removing the battery for 30 seconds if possible - help at all?

I have the same problem. restarting device does no help at all...
