Can't upgrade to premium (no upgrade button on phone app)

As the title says I can't upgrade to premium because the upgrade button won't appear. Very frustrated because I bought an iTunes card but can't do what I'm wanting to do with it.

Hey @Casey56789,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes. You can still purchase Premium on https://spotify.com/premium.
