Cannot make any music available offline

My Spotify has recently been updated on the iPhone to version 1.4.0.1334 and since then I cannot make any playlist or album available offline. When I click 'make available offline' the downward arrow next to each song appears but does not go green, so is unavailable when offline. How do I get it so the green arrow apears?

I'd first try reinstalling the application from the App Store. It may be another issue, but this is likely to take care of the problem.

You also want to make sure you are connected to reliable WiFi

Also worth making sure you have at least 1GB+ of free storage space on your device memory and you haven't already synced the maximum 3,333 tracks.
