Cant log in on my iphone

Cant log in on my iphone

I can't log in on my iphone, but I can log in on my ipad and other devices. I have changed password, and reinstalled the spotify app. It still doesn't work. And I'm logging in with my username.. What happens when I'm trying to log in is that the app freezes, and nothing more.

Other things I can suggest are going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

If that doesn't help, then perhaps try Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings.

Give those a try and let us know how you go!

exactly the same problem, tryed to reinstall and it doesn't work on my iphone and I can login on my pc...

Hey guys, are you able to clarify the following for us?
* the version of iOS you are running
* what device you are running
* version of Spotify app installed

Iphone 7, and latest iOS version. And I guess I have the latest version of Spotify since I just reinstalled the app.

Thanks for the info. Have you tried across both wifi and mobile data?

Yes I have tryed both.
