Cant log in to Spotify App on ipad

I am trying to load the Spotify app onto my daughter's ipad using my Spotify Premium account details (not FaceBook), but when I put the details in it seems to be trying to take me to the FaceBook log-in page.  The screen I am getting is this one:

When it finally moves on from this screen, it tells me I have used the wrong FB details!  Any ideas?

Are you logging in using a Spotify username (not email address) and password?

This is happening to me, too. I just sign up for Premium on my MacBook, Spotify was already on my iPad, but never used. It will not let me log in without going through Spotify log-in name. I do not want to enter through FaceBook on any accounts. What should I do?

Actually figured it out by removing the iPad App totally (since it preexisted the paid account). Syncing with my MacBook, then reinstalling the App from the Pad, somehow allowed me to log in w/o FB.
