Cant select track I want to listen to

I have only had spotify for a about 2 weeks and today makes it one week since I have had this problem. I am unable to select any song that I was to hear no matter how many times I press the song on my Iphone. All I can do is press shuffle and it will play but I cant choose. I wanted to upgrade but since I have read others keep having this same problem I don't know if its worth it. So I'm hoping this gets fixed. I am extremely frustrated with this problem. I have also deleted the app and tried reinstalling it. It still doesnt work

You can only shuffle play music unless you take out a premium subscription. You get a short premium trial the first time you install the spotify mobile app which is why it worked initially.

I had the 30 day free trial of premium. It just stopped out of no where.

Ah that's different. What does it show under subscription status on this page and is the username there the same as on the receipt email from spotify?
