Cant sync songs to iphone

Hi, I have tried to sync music from my pc to my phone by creating a playist on my pc with the local files in it then opening it on my phone but when i open it on my phone none of the songs are there and the only thing there is a message telling me how to add songs.

Can you check the info over here? Also, could you let us know what operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

On the other hand, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
