Canvas/preview videos no longer work if I have 'reduce motion' enabled in iOS.

Within the past few weeks canvas and preview videos no longer work, it just shows a static image that does not move. If I disable 'reduce motion' under iOS settings (under Accessibility > Motion) then the videos start working again, however, this was not a problem a few weeks ago and I prefer to leave 'reduce motion' turned on.

If you were previously able to see Canvas, let's try some troubleshooting in case any of the steps makes any difference.

I recommend clearing the cache within Spotify as it can cause different performance issues and then to log out > log back in twice in a row. It does sound a bit odd, but helps resync your account and device. Additionally, make sure that Canvas doesn't toggle off within the app after you've enabled Reduce Motion in your iPhone's settings and also that you're running the newest Spotify version.
