Car bluetooth

I just got a Toyota with Bluetooth audio. When I stream Spotify, it keeps stopping unless the phone is plugged into the USB port. I don't want to have my phone on the charger all the time. Is there a way to fix? Thanks

Congrats on the new car! 

Make sure that your device is connected to bluetooth

On your device, you should see a devices tab on the now playing screen 

See if your car is selected.
