Carplay, IOS 11.1.1 Issue

Recently updated my phone to IOS 11.1.1. 

Spotify used to work just fine, now it does not.

It only produces sound, does not show display. Display is black 

I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu Hybrid 

Please help! I do not use the radio I only use Spotify and now I cant use it due to eye being on the road...

Have noticed the same thing with Apple Music app on CarPlay.  It’s a bug.

Press your Malibu home button, then Music (Spotify) icon; should show song playing in screen again.  Then, up next on screen.

After that, my screen goes back to normal use.
