Changed my settings and now my iOS music is gone

A while ago, I deleted my Spotify app for the summer. Then, back in September, I decided I wanted to re-download it. However, when I went to log in, a thing came up that said, "you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days." I'd just changed schools, and I only ever used Spotify mobile at my old school, which is not very far away from my new one. Long story short, I changed my country on the settings, and it was fine. I could log back in on mobile. But when I did, none of my music was there. It was like I created a new account. But when I go on Spotify on my computer (I always stay logged in on there), my music is still all there. I don't get it. Can someone help?
