Changelog

Changelog

What's up with this new trend amongst app developers where they neglect to add proper changelog to app updates?

I've noticed a 3.90 iOS update today and was curious as to what has changed, and imagine my surprise when the changes are, apparently,

"W're always making changes and improvements to Spotify. To make sure you don't miss a thing, just keep your Updates on".

Gee, thanks.

After using the app, I made my own release notes. Enjoy!

• Better app stability

• Quick scroll in Songs, Artists, and Albums sections in Your Library (appears on right when sorted by title)

• New edit playlist menu (including ability to rename playlists)

• Playlist sort order is now saved when leaving

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed: Swipe to queue/save lag

• Fixed: Scrolling through "Albums" would lag when loading album art

• Fixed: Adding a local file to a playlist would result in error

MattSuda, I appreciate your contribution. However, there is no official changelog release so we have no way of knowing how comprehensive your log is. What we need is an official changelog, straight from the DEVELOPERS, that tells us exactly what has been changed and why.

We also need to add this to the desktop application.
