Chromecast Audio not available in Spotify

Hi.
I got my new Chromecast Audio perfectly installed. It worked fine on android and iOS...for one session! Hungry for music I woke up next morning and there's no device in Spotify (Chromecast or router was never plugged out of power).

Every time I'm leaving my flat I have to resetup everything.

It works fine with YouTube, so I think it's a Spotify problem...maybe my.

Can you give me a solution?

I have had a similar problem with Android, i managed to fix it by updating some settings/

First off, do you have UPNP activated in your router?  > activating this helped with different things for me.

Is everything updated to the latest version? Spotify app, Chromecast firmware etc?

When spotify can't find the Chromecast Audio, can the Chromecast app (It's called Home i think) see the Chromecast?  

Also you're talking about both android and IOS? So neither can see spotify at that time?

I will investigate what is going wrong with your configuration but first I need to know a couple of things:

- What version of Spotify are you using?

- When this happens, does restarting the app help? [To restart it completely, you can press Home, then recent apps and swipe Spotify off the list]
