Connection to unknown other phones

Hi,

in the last couple of days I have experienced troubles when listening via bluetooth headphines or bluetooth in my car. My phone connects to other phones (which I don't know). So during listening to one of my playlists my phone starts to play some random music and it says on the display that I am playing via "Xav's iphone" or "iphone de Melie". Has somebody experienced this previously? How can I stop this?
