My Question or Issue

Ciao!

sono un paio di mesi che quando apro la app, continua a segnalarmi “connessione in corso” e a volte mi segnala “offline”.

Le ho provate tutte: aggiornamento, cancella e installa, reset del telefono..il problema non si risolve.

L’account viene usato anche su un IPhone 10 e il problema si presenta anche lì.

 

Potete aiutarmi?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.

 

Do you mind restarting the network device as well, e.g. the router? Refreshing the Internet connection tends to solve issues like the one you're experiencing. Check this help page for more useful tips. 

 

It's also a good idea to test if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. For example, some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) might restrict access to certain services, which would explain what happened here.

Not a problem type in English, just hope my English is good enough to explain.

It tried everything is written in community/guide line: the problem doesn’t be solved.
I don’t use public network or WiFi, so I can say I have problem just with data network.
Is it possible problem is about telephone company? I have friends use the same network and they don’t have problems.

I received a mail asking me “Did it solve the problem?” 
Nope.. like I typed in my answer follow guide and post didn’t solve me problems: I had already tried all your suggestion.

So.. it continues to happen: I read a very long post somebody spoke about Facebook password, so I log out and log in disconnected by Facebook. Doesn’t work. 
anything else to suggest?
