Constantly skipping, pausing, and starting for no reason!

Spotify keeps stopping, starting, scrubbing, and playing for no reason! I’ll be playing something, and then it’ll skip or pause-and it won’t atop until I restart the app. It usually then continues, and sometimes even does it if I’ve closed the app. 

I’ve tried a clean reinstall, but it hasn’t helped at all. Any advice would be much appreciated!
