Copy track feature

I am wanting to share an individual song preferably through my blog. I write a new post each week, so feature a different song each week but of course want the reader to be able to view and listen to the current song as well as the song from previous weeks at any time. . I know how to copy track to get the link. Works fine for the desktop, laptop but because of the Shuffle Play feature, seems not to do what I am wanting for the iPhone. When the person click on the link, takes them to the whole album rather than one song. Wouldn't be a problem if that song was going to be played first, since that's the song I am talking about, but of course is randome because shuffle play. Have also tried the option of creating a playlist of just one song. That seems to isolate the song, but then rather thanh earning that song they seem to be first led to listen to some other playlist. I understand the desire to get users to upgrade to Premium, but it seems that the "copy track" feature is not doing what I thought it would do. not sure at all if embedding the spotify play button onto my blog would make any difference in how this works for the iPhone user or if there is any setting that I can advise my readers to use such that I accomplish what I am wanting to accomplish. Please advise.
