Bonjour, j'ai un iPhone 7 et un abonnement Family. Lorsque j'écoute de la musique elle se coupe toute seule au bout d'environ 1 minute. J'ai essayé de désinstaller l'application et de la réinstaller, de rallumer mon portable, de mettre à jour MAJ et de vérifier que personne était connecté sur mon compte cependant la problème persiste.

The troubleshooting steps you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more.

 

Can you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one. By doing that can make sure the cache is not causing any issues.

 

If you have any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them for Spotify.

 

Does the issue occur on another device? That way we can check if it's a device-related issue.

Bonjour, j'ai un iPhone 11 je viens d'installer IOS 15. Quand je met en veille mon iPhone mon Spotify s'arrête. J'ai essayer avec toutes les solutions comme redémarrer mon iPhone, désinstaller et réinstaller l'application, le problème persiste.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the Community official language.

 

We understand that you already tried reinstalling the app, but just to confirm, did you make sure to follow these steps? Those are for a clean reinstall, which is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to remove any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

Additionally, make sure that there aren't any battery optimization settings enabled for Spotify in your phone's settings and that Background refresh is enabled for Spotify.
