Crashing upon opening the app.

Crashing upon opening the app.

I have an iphone 5 and am a premium subscriber on iOS 8.2, an automatic update for spotify was completed on 23rd March 2015. When I click in to the app I am getting a white screen with the black apple logo and then it returns to the homescreen of my iphone and so doesn't start up at all. This has been occuring for a couple of days and previously to that I was having some song skipping issues and prior to that no issues at all. I've tried changing the language settings and airplane mode but nothing has helped. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall for fear of losing my content. I need this resolving ASAP? Please help?

I suggest you try a reinstall of the Spotify app.

 

Don't worry you will not lose your music because Spotify stores all your stuff on their servers.

 

If you have downloaded any playlists for offline use, you will have to redownload them.
