My Question or Issue 

My daily mixes won’t play.  I get ‘an error occurred’ message whenever I attempt to play them.  This has been happening for months & Spotify’s customer support has provided no useful suggestions to fix it.  I only use Spotify on my iPhone,  I have deleted & re-installed the app innumerable times,  I have the latest update.  I’m considering cancelling my subscription out of sheer frustration.  Help!!!!!

Hey @Melanieseeley - help's here!

 

Could you try searching for Daily Mix using the search bar on the mobile app ('Your Daily Mix' should appear as a genre). If you click on it and then try opening a Daily Mix from there, does it work at all?

No, I still get ‘Sorry, an error occurred’ message. Doesn’t make a difference which page I access them from. ☹️
