Deleted songs from playlist

Hey

 

I'm a Spotify Premium member and I've been making a playlist of songs over the past few months since I joined. I logged on today and my playlist has lost a large number of songs - all of those I've added in the past 1.5 months or so. Is there any way to recover the lost songs?

Any particular reason for losing those tracks?

 

First, I would advice to login to your account in the website

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

 

Check that your email address is correct (not been altered by someone else) and change the password to a more secure one.

 

Playlists can be rolled back to a previous state. For that, you need to contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
