Differences between internet and app on library ?

Hi guys ! i'm new on spotify and this kind of listening (youtube my love)...

French baguette of 25y, listening all variety (more Rock/Metal) I start spotify in free user and since 1week i decide to try prenium. I've got an iphone 6. Living in France.

Actualy i'm in my anime mood, and i was looking for some OST ...
I can't found artists associate at manga/anime on my application (phone & pc) BUT on internet (google) i found them... On can be possible ? This is normal and it's a bug ? Are they censure in France ? xD

Exemple: i search on my iphone "Aimee Blackschleger - No differences"  Nothing
On spotify for PC "Aimee Blackschleger - No differences" Nothing

AND FINALY on google i got a found....

I'm realy lost ^^" Can someone explain me why i'm curb ? Or a solution to take full advantage of my prenium and sqpotify ?

Yes i just see the differences between both (play.spotify and play-spotify)

But i've got one more question, is it normal i can't found  many artists referenced in every plateforms (youtube-groushark-daily-deezer-...) Mostly it's Japan artists.
Maybe my location in France block ? Or maybe they don't have contracts with ?
