Different Spotify interface on two diffrent accounts on one iPhone

Hello every1

 

My first account (premium) been setup by Facebook, but now decided to split my FB account from Spotify, so I've setup new account with just username. But now got a small "problem" if u can actualy call this a problem. When logging in to Spotify on my iPhone 6s using FB the interface it's diffrent to Spotify when logging in with just username.. interface it's old.

Why there is a such a diffrence, I like the new layout and like to have it on my nonFB account. I've tried removing Spotify app from phone the reinstalling it but without success interface didnt change at all.

 

Any advice how to resolve this matter will be great

I'm not certain, but I think that the updated UI has not yet been provided to all users. The reaction is being tested before full roll out. I think if you wait, it will be givent to you.

I can confirm from talking with staff that it is not at 100% rollout to all users. It could be that your country is not yet supported, but has an A/B test for it on one of your accounts. You should see it on both accounts when the roll out reaches 100%.

Well I don't think that UI it's not available to everyone, because if you go to Apple Store and find Spotify you'll se that on official photos it's showing new UI so should be available to everyone. Think I need to contact with Customer Service and ask them about it. Strange is that I've got android tablet and there is no change to UI when I'm logging in with two different accounts.

Is this supposed to be done yet? I still don't have the new interface. My app is fully updated.

I have had the same issue for the last 6 months or more. Do I really need to delete my account and set up a new one to get the new interface? The old one has been bothering me for too long and absolutely everyone I know has the new one. Is there a date set when the new UI will be rolled out 100%?

Im not sure why but I did actuall have the new interface for a while on the website "Spotify Web Player" version, but about 2 to 3 days later it reverted back to the old interface. Help?
