Disappearing new downloaded and offline saved albums

Dear anybody,

I'm a Spotify premium user for about 1 year now. All of a sudden problems arose with new downloaded albums and offline saved songs. Ones I've searched for a new artist, added a couple of his albums and then saved and downloaded all the songs for offline use, the next day this is all disappeared. I'm unable to add new music for about 1-2 months now! If I check my last searches, I can see all the artists I've searched for, which have gone.

And on top of this two weeks ago out of the blue my saved offline songs (about 2.800) went all to unsaved (I go online on average ones every three days...).

Ow and to rule this out: I always update every latest Spotify software release in the Appstore within about a week.

Soo, what the heck is going on? I'm really becoming an unhappy user..
