I've had the same Discover Weekly playlist for 3 weeks now. This is true both on iOS and on Mac Desktop. The strange thing is that the Discover Weekly info screen says it was last updated today, June 5, 2017. Please see screenshot. My username is rcfinn, and I'm part of a Family Plan Premium account.
