Does Spotify have a customer service number

I would like to say that Spotify has a awful support center in this community and Contact form. I reached out to many people for help and I still haven't came to a solution. I am being charged twice for a premium subscription that I do not have.

As you already contacted Spotify Customer service through e-mail, could you clarify your issue a bit? Did you already have had contact with Customer Service, or are you still awaiting for a reply?

So I am waiting for my response on how to solve this issue. I still see the
charge on my bank statement, therefore, a change or attempt to resolve my
issue hasn't been made.
