In this case, as mentioned above by @AeroZ, uninstalling the Spotify app from a device won't delete your music and playlists. Keep in mind that all your music, playlists, artists and followers are stored on your account and not on your devices. This means that the content you have on one device, will be displayed on all the different devices you log your account on.

 

If perhaps your devices are showing different content, most likely you have logged in on different accounts. To check if this is the case, you can verify the details your account is linked to by going to Settings on your mobile phone's app. There, on your Account, you can see the details with which you registered your account.
