Spotify only plays one song

My Question or Issue

If I search a song, it plays fine. However, once it is complete, Spotify will stop playing music and won’t shuffle related songs despite shuffle being enabled. It just shows the same song, with the ability to keep endlessly clicking the play button and relistening to the same song. I need to completely close the app and reopen it, and then listen to the song again before shuffling actually occurs. This has been happening for months, and changing audio quality or reinstalling the app does nothing.

Could you make sure you've reinstalled the app with the steps from this article? If the issue still persists we'd ask you to try a different account on your device and see if there is any change.

It'll be also very helpful if you could prepare two recordings - one with the issue occurring and another one with the feature working as described.
