Doesn't choose playlists or radio

I have a red 2012 ford mustang with a ford sync.  I used spotify in my car and it works fine.  Then i decided to change the playlists, used the voice button, then said "Choose Playlist," it didn't click then i said it again, and then it failed.  Tried again, did the same thing.  Had to reset my phone, then did the playlist and worked.  After i got out of the car when i turned my car off and opened the door, closed it, started my car again, the spotify applink did the same thing.  Is there any way to fix this problem?  thanks
