Don't have volume control

All of a sudden I no longer have the volume control in Spotify. I listen from my iPad and the control thing has been in the lower right corner ever since I first got Spotify several months ago. Went to turn the music up this am, and I no longer have the option.  Any suggestions?

Yes where has this gone - Spotify fix this or I'm going elsewhere

I have now found an invisible Connect icon ( refered to as volume button/ sound slider) somewhere on the socalled task bar at the bottom of the screen, but no indication or icon whatsoever refering to this.

Are you talking about the bar that you comes up when you swipe up from the bottom of the screen (I use an iPad)? I found that one the other day. Better than nothing. Thanks

Just tap and let go on the bar inside Spotify showing the time of each track playing and the old volume control appears. See enclosed image. You don't have to swipe up from the bottom to use the Ipad controls.
