Downgraded to 0.9

I upgraded to 1.0, hated it so much (everything that used to take 1 click now takes 3, the biggest being tap the screen and you can go to the artist or album has been removed) that I found out it is possible to downgrade if you have the IPA saved on your computer from a previous app backup. Luckily I found 0.9.2 on my Mac. Not the newest one before the big nightmare but it definitely, DEFINITELY gets the job done.

FYI for anyone who hasn't thought to try this yet... Search your computer for IPA files and see if spotify comes up if you want that old version back. You can google how to downgrade apps in iTunes for instructions

If you have any suggestions for how to improve the current Spotify version (bare in mind you'll get no support if you're running 0.9 or below as it's not the official up to date one), feel free to submit it to the ideas section of the community!

the app is totally unusable because its SLOOOOWWW.

To skip a track I have to wait 10-20 seconds EVERYTIME. The reaction of pushing buttons are horrible!

Reinstalling does not help!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Just to confirm your iOS version? Go to Settings>General>Software update and check for updates, you can go to 7.1 now which should boost the performance significantly.

no I will not update to 7.x

too many bad experience in the past with IOS updates.

But I dont think that this will change the situation: Version 1 is unusably slow ios 7

I use actually the Spotify IOS4 Version, runs fast and stable but thinking to leave spotify and using an other streaming provider.
