Download Speed Issue

For some reason over the last few days it's taking over an hour to download a song on my iPhone 6s, it used to be fine, I have 200mb fast internet, songs used to download instantly. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app and various troubleshooting ideas on the forums but nothing has helped. I have spoken to my ISP, they are not restricting the service in anyway!

Please bear in mind this has only been in the last few days, it used to work just fine!

Are you using wifi? If not make sure your settings are set to where it will download using cellular data.
